Eva Janckila

Eva Janckila is the Owner and Managing Partner of AZ CAP Co., with five years of experience in the custom apparel, promotional products, and printing industry. She holds an Associate of Arts degree from Yavapai College and previously worked as a licensed REALTOR®, stockbroker, financial advisor, and life and long-term care insurance agent.Eva specializes in workwear, promotional products, print, and custom decoration solutions. Her customer-focused approach draws on years of experience helping people understand their options and make confident decisions. At AZ CAP Co., she helps businesses, schools, nonprofits, and government organizations choose branded products that fit their needs while emphasizing clear communication, consistent quality, and reliable service.Eva is a member of PPAI and ASI and remains active in her community through organizations and activities including PEO, Hope Fest, and her church. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, gardening, entertaining friends and family, caring for her cats, and lifting weights.
