Most orders are ready in 10 business days from the time you approve your mockup. If you need your custom branded products sooner, let us know your timeline and we'll let you know if we can meet it.
A clear image file works in most cases. If your logo needs cleanup or vectorizing, we can handle that too. Just send us what you have and we'll let you know if any adjustments are needed.
Minimum order quantities are per decoration method and price. Our embroidery minimum is 16, and our screenprint minimum is 24 for a one-color print.
Absolutely. We keep your logo and order history on file, so reorders are quick and easy. Many of our contractor clients reorder seasonally.
We stand behind every order with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If we made a mistake, let us know within 30 business days and we'll make it right. Our defect rate is under 1%, but we take full responsibility when issues occur.
