What is your Turnaround Time?
Our Standard Turnaround time is 7-10 business days for most apparel decoration.  For promotional products it’s highly dependent on the chosen items as production timelines can vary.  Let us know your timeline and we’ll look for the best solution.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimums depend on the decoration method you choose:
‍Embroidery: Minimum of 24 pieces. Smaller runs are possible but may include additional setup fees.
‍Screen Printing: Minimum of 24 pieces for a one-color print. For smaller quantities, we recommend Direct to Film (DTF) for a more cost-effective option.
‍DTF Printing: Minimum of 10 pieces. Since DTF is a digital process, it’s perfect for full-color or highly detailed designs.
‍Promotional Items : Dependent on the product, please contact us for details.
Do you require a deposit?
For orders under $2,000, payment is due in full upfront before production begins.
