How do I submit our brand guidelines?
Please send your brand guidelines to info@arizonacap.com. Our team will review them for accuracy and compliance, and we’ll confirm any details that need clarification. If guidelines are not available, we’ll match your existing branding as closely as possible and establish Pantone standards for future orders.
How will my logo be used?
You can request our logo use agreement by emailing info@arizonacap.com. We use your logo only for decorating your products, showing your brand in our client collection, and, with your approval, highlighting our workmanship in marketing. Your logo is always handled with respect and will never be used in a vulgar, misleading, or inappropriate way.
Do you offer Multi-Location Shipping or Nationwide Shipping?
Absolutely. We manage single-shipment and multi-location rollouts for distributed teams, events, and onboarding programs. Each shipment is tracked, verified, and packaged with accuracy to ensure brand consistency across every location.
Will I receive a proof prior to decoration?
Every project includes detailed proofs, mockups, and written confirmations to ensure brand compliance before production begins. We verify logo placement, color accuracy, garment selection, and decoration method, giving your team confidence that each item is on brand.
